Hi i am a freelance webdesigner that is offering my services for no more then $20.
The reason for this is that i need to raise money and quick for a new project of mine.
As i said i will charge no more than $20 per design that i make you, and these designs will also come uncoded, With PSD and full resale rights to do what ever you want with them.
