I think it means like relax or something. Not a very popular term though.

Since I am not sure of its meaning I am not going to appraise it.

UnWire is quite often used as a term to encourage consumers to make the move to WireLess technology. It is a nice name to market wireless services.
I think the value will be End User for Wireless services/equipment/phones etc.
Extension very valid for this name.
End User value...
Low $$$ - ? depending on enduser.

May be a nice name for a payment system where customers want some alternative to the wiring system of the money.
Just my 2 cents
