I like this one. Not really the best of keywords however the pagerank adds immediate value to the name. Any ideas on your development plans? Im thinking mid-low 'xx' right now :hehe:. Good luck.

I'd say high $xx because of PR. You can develop it a little and sell sitewide links.

Mid xx undevelopped. Develop it and you'll significantly raise the value, especially with the pr4 it's already got.
