What does the script do?

The script has many features including:

Client Side

- User can browse jokes.
- User can browse funny pictures.
- User can rate jokes.
- User can rate funny pictures.
- *User can submit jokes to the website.

* When user submits a joke, it is not displayed in public. It will be set aside in a category called “private/unverified jokes”. This can only be seen in the admin control panel, in which case the administrator can either approve, delete, or edit the joke.

- Allows admin to add jokes.

Can the user submit pictures?.
What are the server requirements
If there are 100 jokes in a single category, will it get splitted into 10 or 20 per page?.
