i want to sell this domain:

before i bought this site it had approx 5-8 thousand visitors per day, but after i bought it i got server problems for a while and decided currently to restart the site which was a resource site for nuke etc, had over 2 thousand members and over 1 thousand downloads... i really cant be bothered with it any more so i wish to sell this domain.

This seller accepted my offer, before selling to xtreme-forums.

Within 15 minutes of his acceptance, I paypal'd the funds to him.

He wrote back to say he had already sold to someone else, and refunded the money back to me.

I was unhappy, but it's not a big thing. I did leave neutral feedback for him, saying he had accepted my offer, then sold to someone else, but did refund the money I had sent him.

Here's the real problem. He then left negative feedback on my account, saying I had robbed him blind. I don't know how he can say this. It is completely untrue, with no regard as to what happened. I have been upfront, honest and completely faithful in the transaction.

Feedback is important to me, I stand behind what I say. I see people that go back on their offers here, and when I make an offer I tell people I won't back out. My offer for a site is my word. I consider an offer and an acceptance a handshake, if you shake my hand, it's a done deal and I don't back out, ever. I want people to know that if they are dealing with me, they can trust me.

He did not abide by his word. I can deal with that and go from there. But him leaving - me - negative feedback is unacceptable and completely undeserved.

Is there a way a mod can can correct my feedback folder? Mods are welcome to view my private messages to confirm my version.
