UK domains are extemly cheap here then other registrars but any other extensions such as .com are pretty expensive and .biz and .info domains have to be regged for a minimum of 2 years

hmmmmm mixed views

there interface for controlling them could be a bit better layed out and a bit easier to find things. but the main problem is their customer service stinks. kept on hold for 1.5 hours before i got annoyed and hung up. and replys via support emails take about 12-24 hours between each reply. ok, but lots of room for improvement.

Expensive (Linke all UK registrars) -- very poor control panel

I used UKReg several times until I got fed up with their ridiculous prices and awful control panel. There are better registrars than this....and its a typical British ISP (Aka Rubbish and expensive!)

Ok so far....

I've transferred most of my domains to the Fasthosts part of UKReg and so far all seems to be fine. On-line support has been very quick even though others say it is very slow. Their web-site could be better, some of the data related to transfers in takes several days to be displayed. Bulk changes are not possible.
