I would appreciate your comments on UKHolidayApartments.com
It's 8 years old. Not sure whether to develop it or sell it to someone who could utilise it.

Thanks

Hi,

It's a nice domain in the holiday apartment market.

There are lots of long tail keywords that people are searching for that this domain caters for as it's keyword targeted.

It does what it says on the tin, so to speak.

Personally, you could sell to a developer/reseller for mid to high $xx

If you have the skills you could work hard at finding an end-user who runs such a business. The problem you might face is that people's holiday apartment business' might not scope the entire UK, rather just County's like Devon, Cornwall, Somerset etc

Even so, I would value this domain at mid to high $xxx or even perhaps a low $x,xxx to a savvy end-user who would understand the SEO qualities especially as this domain is aged - it would have a nice advantage in the SERPS given it's keyword rich too.

An ok domain, a tricky one to gauge though as like I said most business owners only focus on a certain area therefore devonholidayapartments.com, cornwallholidayapartments.com would be much better.

You also have to think of the site visitor, would that person be looking for holiday apartments in the UK broadly? Or would they prefer to visit a site which is more targeted to a specific area. OR, would this site be more of a directory for all areas of the UK where it would filter results by area?

Anyway, hope that's helped a little.
