That's unfortunate,

Usually, after a donation is made, a receipt of donation is provided from the 501c3 non-profit that allows the donator to file a tax deduction for said donation. It's that receipt that would be considered proof of 100% charity donation claim.

If you are unable to provide a screenshot/photo of the receipt after the auction ends, then it means you won't be able to comply with the proof of claim rules previously quote.

It has come to our attention that some members are concerned that the proceeds may or may not be donated 100% as per the claim made in the sales listing.

The following rule applies:
6.1.28. All claims relating to financial transactions (e.g., about traffic, revenue, profit, or appraisals) must include supporting evidence or proof (e.g., an attached video that is current, clear, and shows all information necessary to support each claim). A reputable or credible source (e.g., the company or service) must be visible as part of the supporting information when possible or included as text with it.

We understand that it may not be possible to prove 100% donation claims until after the winning amount is donated and a receipt of donation has been issued.

@Chelovek - Would you be able to provide proof of Charity claim of 100% winnings after the transactions been completed?

If so, we can resume the auction and add 24 hours to the end time to compensate for this brief interruption.

Once you complete the donation, please attach the proof to a new post in your auction before you close it.

Are sure you won't be able to prove the winnings were donated as per your claim?

If not, we'll have to void this auction that was reported by concerned members requesting that the proof of claim rules be enforced.

Moving forward, keep in mind, any time you make a claim, it should be accompanied by proof of said claim. In the event a claim can't be proven up front, the proof must be provided after the sale to comply with the proof of claim rule (Especially when concerned members report and request said proof in accordance to the rule).
