domain Two Domain Names

I'm currently interested in selling two domain names that I own.

LosAl.Net and Great-Hosting.Net

LosAl.Net is in reference to Los Alamitos,CA. City info @ http://www.ci.los-alamitos.ca.us/ , I'm thinking maybe a local buisness would maybe want to use it.

Great-Hosting.Net would probaly be used for some sort of hosting company. I know the hyphen in the middle brings it down, but its still a good domain isn't it?

What do you guys think each of these domains would sell for?
