Hi Mike,

Thanks for the offer. Could you post this on the thread please? That way it doesn't look like I'm trying to up the first posted bid by saying "I have a better one by PM". I'm not going to dither around with this and will post after you, that I will take the best bid once my original post has been up for 24 hrs (about noon Pacific Time).

Should have had a 5min ext clause for last minute bids to prevent this kind of confusion. Although this was technically not an auction, that's what it turned out to be. Personally if I was in this position I would ask the final offer to be a starting offer at Sedo and see where it goes from there. That would /should satisfy everyone in this situation.

Thank you all for your posts. JimboJimbo and I have PMed on this. I had not expected the level of interest otherwise I would have done as suggested above and sent this to Sedo, or allowed time extensions to ensure all bids were placed. This had developed into an auction, which I have not much experience with. I felt accepting the noon time-stamp on the final bid would eliminate any debate, but now I feel whichever way I went, there would have been one unhappy bidder.
