has anyone been able to find any .TV based affiliate programs? I have found 2 or 3 adult sites, but I'm looking for outside that market, maybe courses, music, food, e-commerce .tv affiliates, etc. ?

Basically pick popular sites in your niche. Look at the bottom of their site for the "Affiliate" link.

That is the best way I have found for things I have an interest in.
