This is my first time here and it already looks like a great place! Having discussed this domain on other forums, I was redirected to this site because you're all more in-the-know then I am.

I'd like for you to appraise (and make offers, if that's allowed here [still working out forum ettiquette]) the following domain name:

Note: It is live at the moment for you to see over at tutorialcorner.com with some example content (they are real tutorials so effectively the site is ready-to-go as a basic tutorial site if you'd rather not develop it some more).

very nice catchy domain name. Brandable too.
The site doesnt look too good IMHO.
The graphic links seem to be broken, and more important is that there are no categories to divide the tutorials, so the page is too long.

the domain itself can get low $XXX easily IMO

There is a difference between 'center' and the rest that you list, IF you follow domain trends, and specifically the tutorial market.

the online tutorial scene is so well catered for already, and so much of it is free, and it takes a lot of development to make it viable...so the advice is don't bother developing and sell as is...hope to get $100 (maybe)
