It's worth whatever a end user that wants it would pay for it.
dot TVs that are not very short are not yet that tradable without an end-user that really likes / needs the domain.

Doesn't really strike me as anything great, really. These tlds are nothing but volatile at this point so it is definitely impossible to throw a number at it and actually hit the mark. My suggestion would be to hold onto it for a while and maybe someday the market will shift towards a more predictable pattern in the long run.
