TrafficZ does not response to application

I applied twice to trafficz.com however They dont give a response.If they reject me they dont inform me.I hear that they dont approve any new account ,is that really true?

I think so too. I had applied a long time ago.. Probably back in 2008 and I never heard from them for a while. Then I get an email asking me what is the best time to call me at the number I had provided. I sent an email back but never heard from them..I sent another email and re applied just incase but never heard from them so I left it alone. I don't know what is their policy to approve accounts...
