I'm a sucker for short 5L brandables. This caught my eye as it actually the word for "top / first / lead position" (トップ) in Japanese, and I like the way it looks. I think quite memorable, easy to spell / pronounce and a little quirky. A fairly solid brandable in my mind, sounds kinda fun too!

Was a bit of an impulse purchase if I'm honest, which I don't normally do. Normally have more of a target audience in mind, which I don't for this. But hey, a little excitement in your life is good for you :)

Will probably pop on one of the brandable domain sites and forget about it

Hi,

I think it looks & sounds better than "Topp" lol..

In terms of value, i'll leave it to the experts.

Good luck

To be honest, I'm not sure anyone can really value domains like this. Essentially if someone wants to call their company, product or service the same thing - I win. Else, well the endless wait continues.

Pretty much this. I have a few 5L brandables like this, but it really is a waiting game. Definitely wise to only have a small percentage of them in your portfolio.

Although to be fair, made up pronouncable 5L's rarely ever sell for more than low to mid 4 figures, so you can always use $2k-6k as a good range for appraisal for a quality one like this.

Good luck.

Yes, I have a little hope for this one due to its Japanese meaning, the positive "top" element, the easy pronouncibility and spelling, plus there's a few companies using the name for specific products already - although no trademarks in place.

Wait and see I guess.
