I think it is a solid name with a lot of potential end-user interest. Reseller is probably low to mid-XXX, I'd probably price it for end users between 2 and 5K. I'd might also register the .org as well to cover any non-profit or .org type uses that would opt for that at hand-reg rather than pay retail for the .com
