i'm not seeing that, everything looks normal on my end

I see the problem. If you have your display mode set to hybrid or threaded, then you get the order you mentioned. It makes some kind of sense, and as long as you are aware of what's going on, then its ok to leave them as is. If you are uncomfortable with the sequence, switch to Linear mode.
