BuyItNow.com is an amazing domain.

Buy-It-Now.com makes sense, even with double hyphens.

With BuyIt-Now.com the hyphen is in an unnatural place.

I don't see much value in this one.

because "Buyit" is not one word. It is unnatural to separate two words with a hyphen and not the other pair of words. Maybe inconsistent is a good way of looking at it

if it is, or was perceived to be confusingly similar to Ebay's mark,
then they potentially, could take it away from you.

from title of thread, it also makes it obvious that you know the relationship between the domain and Ebay.
so, there is no denying "intent" of registration.

@biggie I agree with Biggie ebay could claim you registered it in 'bad faith' and try to take it from you and even if you win the case it'd cost you thousands to fight them. Best to do if they contact you is to agree not to renew it or give it to ebay.

Even if your theory of them NOT have rights to the keywords is true no end-user would want it, because it's too easy to type in the other similar domains by mistake, plus the hyphen is in wrong places.

eBay owns Buy-it-now.com and Buyitnow.com

The hyphen is a relic from before the convention of omitting hyphens was implemented.

buyitnow.com is a lot more valuable than buy-it-now.com.

BUYIT-NOW.COM worthy?

It's worthless, just as buy-itnow.com is worthless, and just as buy--it-now.com is worthless.
