There could obviously be trademark issues, but the show uses the .tv extension for their official website. They did for the first season and someone had registered: TheUltimateFighter.com and they still own it...so they either didn't notice or didn't care...

In case you didn't know, TheUltimateFighter was a huge success for SpikeTV as a reality show about UFC MMA style fighting. It drew the highest rating ever for Sprike TV...The second season is due up soon.

Anyway... appraise.
