I am not too keen on using 'the' as a part of the domain name although it is tempting to secure a key word.
although the first name is the-remortgage, it can be read as there-mortgage
which weakens the overall name. reg fee.
goodmenu.net has some potential for resale. $xx
thedrinkers isn't bad low $xx
theeater a name mix-up with theater....reg fee.
