Nice sounding name with a good purpose, but has a flaw that lower's its value dramitically.
It's hard to market "the" names because of the high fallover traffic to the non-"the" name. Just ask the owner of smokinggun.com how much traffic he gets misdirected to his site-- literally millions of visitors.
PetStation.Com is already a developed website, and I see them listed in directories as "The Pet Station".
You may be able to find a business named this and market the domain to them for $100 to $200. For instance, a quick check to the phone directory pulls up this potential buyer -
The Pet Station Phone: 979-836-4482
2656 Hwy. 36 South - Brenham, TX 77833 Lee Borgstedte
Value: $15 to $40 (up to $200 to the perfect buyer)
Sales Strategy: eBay auction, or market directly to pet related businesses for more potential profit.
