It's appropriate to build a business with slogan "The Cloudware Company"

Cloudware.com on the other hand is a very good domain, but it's already protected by MarkMonitor and is therefore likely to have intellectual property protection.

Cloudware dot com is owned by Hewlett Packard and I don't think they have a plan to sell it.
And it's still undeveloped.

Yes, but in some cases "the" reads correctly and works well. In my opinion, in this case, the "the" does not read well or work well.

It's a bit like thesoftware.com, which also doesn't work well.

Sorry but that's my opinion. Sorry but I do not think it is a high value domain. Maybe a few hundred dollars if you are lucky.
