What are the stars under my green rep bars??!?!?!

I don't know why one of mine is spinning etc.

I wanna know so bad.

I believe its how long you have been a member of namepros, I believe every 6 months will give you a star and a year will make it a gold star, but I don't know why some stars are spinning

Correct. Once you hit the 2nd year, you get a spinning star & so on.
