The difference? between FP, EW & DW

Can anybody tell me if there is any difference between a website developed in FrontPage, Expression Web, and Dreamweaver. Do they add anything that makes them unique and difficult for other software to edit them.

eg

can a website developed in dreamweaver be edited in Frontpage?
can a website developed in dreamweaver be edited in Expression web?

TA! you have been great, Just like me.

All WYSIWYG web design software will bloat the HTML code. They all bloat it in their own unique way.

I would just try loading the Dreamweaver generated page into Frontpage and see what happens.

I would expect even more bloated code after changes are saved. :)

Technically, one should be able to edit html generated by the other, after all, they are just writing the html for you.

In reality, the code generated isn't always ideal, so when opening a page in the other editor, it may be read differently (just like how the same code can be displayed differently in Internet Explorer than Firefox).

I use Dreamweaver exclusively, but spend 99.9% of the time in code view, so I don't really use the WYSIWYG aspect of it. That doesn't mean the program isn't helpful or worth it, it has plenty of shortcuts that makes coding easier.
