Yes, there are shell acounts.

The difference between shared and dedicated hosting is that a dedicated plan has an IP. Accounts with an IP are better streamed and not as clustered, and altogether run smoother than a shared plans.

Its not a dedicated server, its a dedicated hosting plan. Its basically a hosting plan that has its own IPr
