I don't see any value. I don't think there are many .WTF terms with resale value.
It is just a stupid extension in a sea of stupid extensions at this point.

I agree it's a stupid extension. Nobody will ever take you seriously with it, it's not meant for serious websites. So I find it very unlikely that anybody would spend money on acquiring a .wtf domain, to put up some 'idiotic' website
I know, seks means sex in Dutch (right ?) but there is nothing exceptional about this name.
