Text Link Displays Funny?

Hello,
I have a text link that even though it is within a "<a href="">" tag it is not displaying the "hand" pointer when you move over it, but it still works as a "href" link. Take a look at my page: http://www.home.earthlink.net/~svoltmer/
It's the last button, "The Big Picture". Also, notice that only part of the text "The Big Picture", changes color in the "a:hover" state? How would I fix that? Thanks for any help!

It does when i goto it. I see no problems.

Everything appears to be normal to me. All the links change colors and the hand pointer shows up on all the links.
