Don't sell IMHO, and hang on to it for a couple years. Don't RUSH to sell it. Wait until the right buyer comes along with an offer you feel comfortable letting it go at.

It might work for some sort of informational site about Texas, but you should downplay the connection to India, if you try to sell it as that. On the other hand, you could sell it to someone in India who wants to create a site for Indians who want to visit Texas as tourists.

Another option would be a service where people could lookup schedules for flights between Texas and India.

If you can successfully market it as being for one of these things, you should be able to get $xxx for it easily.
