Testing out new domain landers

Hello NamePros!

With the recent shutdown of DAN and increasing commissions from major platforms like Afternic and Sedo, I knew there needs to be a better way to attract buyers.

I’ve just launched commission-free landing pages for domains, and am looking for feedback from experienced domainers like you.

looks is good though top showing lot of empty space in mac.

We hear you all but we do have to take things one step at a time, Currently after login, you can edit your own description and images but for the initial setup, we need the list of domains. If anyone wants to be on the cutting edge, let us know.

If not, self serve should be a few weeks out.

This looks interesting. Curious on the 3 options to purchase.

Buying directly will use ESCROW.com -- which has a service fee -- who is paying that fee? If Buyer, will they know they are paying the ESCROW.com fee?

Using SEDO for just a transfer could actually cost less than standard ESCROW.com fees. I think SEDO is 3% for an external agreement, but it also includes the similar feature as ESCROW Concierge that costs more at ESCROW.com

I think GoDaddy offers a "Checkout link" for external deals that cost 5% commission -- but not sure how much longer it will be available as it uses a DAN process for the checkout link.

I was under the assumption the Sedo and GD buttons just push you to the listing you have there (not the self-brokerage concept), but the fs listing with the higher commission levels. Would be good to know the answer here

Hopefully NameMaxi offers an AtomPay button - then we could push to the 4.5% commission. I think Atom has an API to allow this

With Escrow, we have defaulted it to the seller paying inorder to build trust with the buyers. This way, seller can also adjust their pricing to their liking, inclusive of the Escrow fee.

Sedo and Afternic both do offer external leads checkout with lesser commission, however, those are super inconvenient and too much hassle imo.

Thank you for your suggestion. We are actually working towards AtomPay integration although it wouldn't be part of the initial release. We'll keep you in the loop!
