I know that .biz is not very famous as of now. But I really see good "potential" in .biz name. I got templateweb.biz yesterday.

Not only that, checkout http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/ and serach for "templates". "template web" is 2nd search with 44468 count !
