Template Coder Needed

We get a good deal of work in which we need a template coded for phpLD or wordpress, etc. We generally have the PSD design, and we need the template coded. It needs to validate, and you need to be able to to work around the smarty code elements and make sure everything works. Let me know if you are good with templates, and generally how long it takes to code a template, and how much you want per hour.
