It definitely sounds interesting... appropriate use of the .hn TLD.
This could be developed into a travel/tourism portal.

Difficult to put a price tag on it.
IMO you are better off developing the domain. The TLD is not hot. As far as I know it's not hugely popular even within Honduras. As for Internet penetration no idea but I suspect e-services are not very developed over there, that must be why the name was not already taken

The possible end users are the capital authorities or a local travel agency.
Be careful with certain foreign registries that reserve the right to redeem certain names if they feel it is in the interest of the nation... some countries even had to go to WIPO to recover their name under their own TLD because they did not have the foresight to reserve them :bah:
