I'm looking to sell a established Tech blog with 80 to 85k pageviews and traffic 75% from Search engines. 7k Facebook fans 6k Twitter followers.
Daily revenue from adsense is close to 15$

Update: I get a revenue from various sources other than Adsense. I get $200 for a sponsored review, and it might vary some time, Also I get advertisers interested to place links on posts for their keyword. So overall revenue will come close to 2k per month.
So please rate this site based on the above info. Few months above I've been offered 25k, but at that time I was not ready to sell. Now I need funding to start a new business. So I need money. I wouldn't sell if I don't get a fair price.
