I'm looking for a tag-board script that that is almost exactly like the Enhanced version of the tag-boards at www.tag-board.com. You can see a working demo of the tag-board at that site.
What I need the script to be able to do is:
- Reserve names
- Flood protection
- Change background colors
- Ban IP's
- Delete tags
- Password protected admin panel
- Refresh automatically which each post (most important)
