Dont like .cc
But it would maybe be possible to sell to someone that dont know so much about the net.

Big time search term (OV- 890876 search/mo). Wouldn't worry too much about the .cc ext, or whse prices at present- .cc isn't very popular now, but is destined to improve and your domain has a strong keyword.
whse-$15-$20
end user- hold onto and may equal $$$ in a few years.

-and- despite the ext, may be able to capitalize on the current popularity of the term due to the TV show, and immediately find an enduser in the $100- $150 range.
