Suggested UDRP changes?

Hi guys.

I just thought of staring a thread about the UDRP. Let's begin.

What aspects do you think the UDRP needs work on, needs
improvement?

Do you sincerely believe the UDRP has accomplished its
objectives?

Or do you think a new and better system is in order?

Your thoughts?

The UDRP needs to go out off business.
Any company that hasn't registered their trademark
name at this point can just buy it from its
legitimate owner. No domain name owner
should have to justify why they bought
a domain name or prove they bought
the domain name with a pure intentions. Its
nobodys business why someone buys a
domain name. No domain name owner
should have to worry that their domain name
might be interpeated as some sort of geometric
extention of a trademarked name. The UDRP
is not needed.
