A couple of points-
1) the name is substances , not substance and this can make a huge difference in how frequently the keyword is used in searches. Wordtracker, which dilineates singular and plural doesn't show a result for "substances". "Substance" shows 59/da on WT and 128/da on OVerture which is reather low.
2) The .info market has cooled for the moment, due to low reg fee prices and recent free .info promos.

The name is worth holding onto, IMO, but the current whse value, undev, for this name is right around reg fee.

I would suggest that you offer the name to the different people who appraised it for you at half, 1/4, or even 1/10 of amt, (ie $80-$100), of their appraisal and see if you get any takers.
