There is no market for these new extensions

You are better off focusing on .COM and strong cctld's when starting out in domaining

Try and grace delete it at your registrar

$100, maybe. I'm yet to see ANY of the new extensions advertised anywhere in the real world.
When your only potential customers are other domainers it's best to stay away from those names.
