Guys - I've said it before .... and will again - Some longer terms are not hurt by length - especially when they are as Specific as this -

It isn't so much a Domain Parking or PPC "Domain" as it is possibly for Traffic with proper Development -

Low to Mid xx$ As Is - IMO ... As an American and all
