Not a bad site, i like the frontpage before one enters the forum. You should center your content, though, currently you have this large empty space on the screen, fill it or get rid of it. The forum itself is neatly done, should also be programmed to fill about 80% of the screen size and needs some color variations. You are consistently very bright across all screens, which, over time, gets a bit overwhelming.
Free skins and templates are always good, i'd take the registration requirement off the Forum skin section and let everyone preview the skins, i'd prompt for registration upon the attempt to download.

Overall, i like the site and idea behind it, you need to work some on the frontpage and the forum skin itself and present something that stands above all the skins/templates that you can offer, in my eyes, the source of offer (squid) should always be better or at the very least equal, to what's downloadable.

I like it i always like simple designs.. as mike said i would also like to see it centred would look much cleaner.

Adsense is displaying very targeted ads which is a good thing.
