Spotlight.io would be a good name. Good, one word, .io's sell.

Spotlyte, on the other hand, is a made up word, probably trademarked, so it will be a much tougher sell. You might be able to ask $1k for an end user, but I get the feeling you will have to wait a very long time to sell it, if ever. By then, the renewal fees would eat you alive.
