Thats a big difference. In my opinion Sport could have been sold at a higher price (I judge this based on the price paid for Casino).

Yeah......
Lots of domains are undersold. And sometimes underselling is done over the limit.
I think it happens because of either of the two reasons. The seller must be a noob in selling domains or the seller must have been satisfied with what he gets. I am the second kind of person. If someone shows up at my door and says he will buy my domain thats worth a million dollars, for just half a million, then I would say yes. Because not everytime do you find someone at your door willing to pay a decent amount. And moreover we think that our domains that are worth NP$ are tough to sell. Infact its easier to sell domains worth np$. Its tough to sell high valued ones, because not everybody has those million $
