domain Spanish .info....

Hello,
I just received an email of someone interested in purchasing one of my domains.The domain in question is papeltapiz.info (papeltapiz means wallpaper in spanish)
I bought the domain mainly with developing it some time in the future in mind but I haven´t had the time to do that.
ANyway, I would like to get some appraisals. I think its a good name for a wallpaper website (obviously) and easy to remember in spite of the extension.

I wasn´t thinking about selling it but since I dont have much time to develop it right now I´ll think about it depending on the price.

is nothing to a business that wants a domain name.

You might tell them that you were planning to develope

I'm not sure about that, most probably the interested party wants it for a wallpaper domain (for spanish speaking community), so I don't believe $xxx is a realistic figure. I'd encourage them to make an offer first, without any proposed price.

Thanks everyone for your input...I´m gonna try to ask for a price I think is more than reasonable. I think anyway that if I develop this site it could make me more than low $xx in a month so I might just keep it unless the offer is too good to pass on...
