It definitely is a brandable name. For that reason, you almost always can get more than regfee for it to an enduser. I do not believe there is a program out there named Spam Buster yet, but if you wait long enough, I am sure one will emerge.
The difficult thing is I am unsure of TM precedent. If you register a domain and something is TMed after you register the domain, and your domain name now infringes on that TM, I still believe the owner of the TM can take your domain away from you (if you have not been using the site for any good purpose before). Because of this, I would be proactive about trying to get an end user. There may be a market for an open source-type anti-spam program. I would talk with programmers and you might get one to bite on the domain for high xx to low xxx.
