Supposedly one of the big business trends for the year is helping people with their writing skills. I was watching this domain: writingcoach.com and the asking price was raised to over $4,200.00 recently... Got me thinking that a writing domain might be useful... There are many writing domains available, I was gonna post some here... well, ok anyway, here are a few:

healthyhandwriting.com

badhandwriting.com

finehandwriting.com

eleganthandwriting.com

improvinghandwriting.com

handwritingassessment.com

handwritingman.com

handwritingfun.com

abchandwriting.com

So does anyone see any value in domains like this? I usually look up stats on business trends and then check out the available domains... Anyway, maybe someone will get lucky with one or two of these, I am thinking about registering one or two, but I am still kind of new at this and I have invested a fair bit of $$ in names already... Some of these could be winners if developed properly, I think, but, unfortunatley, I have a "real job" and don't have the time... I have a list of about 5 sites to finish first...

It would be cool to know thoughts about these domains and maybe let us know if you reg any and what you do with them...

Thanks...

Those domains INHO aren't as good as the first one, but if you got 4 grand off the first one those should deffenatly get some $xxx

Is the trend "writing" or "Handwriting"...
All the domains you posted are the "hand" option, which is a different topic (IMHO) than simply "writing coach".

True, I posted the wrong domains...

I didn't get anything off that domain, I do not own it, It is for sale for that much...

I guess the jist of my question would be is this a good way to try and find domains that have value?

Anyway, here is a short blurb from the article I read on business trends:

Hot business startup ideas to capitalize on the latest trends

1. Writing coach / instructor

A recent New York Times headline read: "What Corporate America Can't Build: A Sentence". Employees at all levels of organizations are being asked to communicate more and more via email, and many of them simply aren't up to the task. Unfortunately, most high school and college English classes don't prepare students for this kind of communication, either. Individual coaching and small-group training on writing effective emails and other documents will be in growing demand as more and more companies realize the need in this area

Sorry I thought you meant you owned the domain. Anyways writingcoach was probobly sold in thought of more of a coaching of how to write in grammer, and handwriting is about writing neatly and stuff. So big difference. Big price difference IMHO.

Well i think the names you posted are too long you would need a name that with 2 words and sounds good. Also a name that make get some type ins but hey if you will put up some good development than the name doesnt have to be the best but decent.
