I personally think cowboyapparel and seedsale are the better of the bunch. $20-30 undeveloped...good luck

CowboyApparel.com is really good. It has an Overture rating of 423 and yields good numbers on search engines. Country / Western is a popular niche, and this is a very clear-cut name. I bet you could sell the name for $500-$625 if you wait for the right buyer.

Research more into the prior site, owner ... "Way Back Machine" would be very helpful, if accessible. Did they give up on it, or was it a case of mistakenly letting it expire? Those types of questions.
If you can locate more information ... that would be the route here, IMHO. Plenty of "leads", as well ... $175 - $250+ (low end of End user "Asking price/range"), IMHO.

If I had a Cowboy clothing type store I would want this name.

SeedSale is pretty good too IMO...$50+ wholesale.
