Going to use this one myself..

Webhosts.ws is probably the most valuable. Good for development. Probably worth somewhere between $50 wholesale and $100+ retail.

Still learning this appraisal thing but I would think "Awsome.WebSite" and "Unique.WebSite" would make a great 1..2 punch, but for what product(s) I have no idea. Maybe on the order of Stupid.com. I like the .ws as well.
Mid $xxx for the set. A Lot more if developed in to something Awsome and Unique.
