So is WHM/cPanel included or optional. I could not find the price. Also what levels of support do you offer? I couldn't find the prices for that either. Also, the addons are going to kill your apparent cheap pricing. They'll all add up to a hefty bill. Finally, I couldn't determine if this was cloud computing or regular vps hosting. Maybe I'm just dumb.

cPanel is available for $12 per month with Linux VPS packages.

Support is co-managed/semi-managed by default, available 24x7. Fully managed support is available for $49 per month. It includes IP and service monitoring with active response, managed software installation, and proactive software maintenance.

These are listed in the "Addons & Upgrades" tab of Linux VPS hosting page, but maybe hard to find.

Oh, my mistake! The compute nodes hosting VMs use centralized SSD storage (non-local), and will failover in the event of system failure. These are some key cloud features that help to make a "cloud vps," though I would be hesitant to label our service public cloud hosting, for better or for worse.
