Software to quickly register dropped domain?

Can anyone suggest the best software (I'm assuming there is some software that does this) that will attempt to register a domain for me as soon as it drops? In other words, I know the domain I want and tell the software to try and register it.

The domains are .in/.co.in.

Is there any software which tells what .in/co.in domains will be expired that day?

If you know for example Perl you should be able to write a script like that in a short time.

You think that is substantial to compete with Snap, Pool, etc.
