Software for Affiliate Program

I manage a hotel in South America and I would like to begin a affiliate program oriented to websites that wants to get a bit of money. The customer would be able to pay by credit card or direct deposit in a account of the hotel, in the US, Europe or my country. The alternatives for payments to the affiliates can be the same.

Anyone know a good script/software that allows that.
